Pacamara is a botanical variety of coffee born from crossing Pacas and Maragogype varieties to produce an elegant, large coffee bean with exceptional quality when grown at high altitude. They usually have complex and intense aromas; medium to dense bodies with creamy textures; and elegant acidity with flavors ranging from sweet notes of chocolate, caramel, hazelnut to more fruity tones reminiscent of citrus, red fruits and raisins.
