CREATE A PERFECT BREW – For the best Happy Tea flavor, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit, steep 1 tablespoon for 3-5 minutes. For our Cleanse or Sleep Tea, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 206 degrees Fahrenheit, steep 1 tablespoon for 5-7 minutes. For our Feel Better Tea, brew one 8 oz cup of tea in water heated to 195 degrees Fahrenheit, steep 1 tablespoon for 3-5 minutes. To make a larger batch, add one more tablespoon of leaves per 8 oz of water.
