1. The growth height of our selected Taiwan Oolong Tea (Four Season Spring) is around 600 (1969 ft.) meters high. The high altitude region has its special climate and natural environment, and it brings unique taste and scent to our Oolong Tea. We take care of the source from cultivation to final product , and make sure your enjoyement is realxing.
2. Inheriting the traditional tea making procedure, the tea leaves were hand-selected. Tea makers wither the leaves naturally under the sunlight and patiently wait for the proess of oxidation as it adds its flavor profile to the tea. Then our skillful tea makers fry and roast the leaves with decades of experience, and create a refreshing scent and rich taste. Vacuum sealed in a multi-layer foil bag which protects the tea from sunlight and humidity.
3. Taiwan Green Oolong Tea can be brewed both in cold and hot. [Cold Brew] Steep tea leaves in room temperature water for 5-6 hours, then store it in the fridge. [Hot Brew] Brew the tea with boiled water around 203°F (95°C) and steep for 3-5 minutes before serving. Each portion of the tea leaves can be brewed up to 6-7 times. You can experience the different tastes and the changes of aroma in every brew.
