Sicilian Capers in Sea Salt 1.1lb (500g) – Plastic Reclosable Pouch
These Sicilian capers are collected, one by one, from bushy and low plants. Once harvested, they are then washed, pitted and cured in salt for 3-4 months. Excess water is then dried and mixed with Sicilian dry sea salt.
Enjoy them as a snack or use them in cooking. Capers go very well with both fish and meat dishes, including meatballs, fish and meat tartare, rice and green salads, pasta and also pizza!
