El Legado de Liedos de is a quality Serrano ham. Its contribution of fat allows it to heal slowly and naturally with airs from the mountains that surround the wineries. It is characterized by being a cured ham with little salt. Without missing these principles, the Legacy of Liedos is the smallest and with less fat than those made in , so it needs less time to mature.
