Yin Zhen, otherwise known as ”Silver Needles”, is the finest and most exquisite of all white teas, and its platinum-coloured buds are covered in soft down. Picked entirely by hand before the leaf opens, extremely small quantities are produced each year, making this one of the most sought-after teas in the world.

Tea Preparation: Pour 70 celcius water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 15 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
