ROAST AND FLAVOR We roast our coffee in a small batch roasting process that allows us to roast some medium and some darker batches to achieve the balance we are looking for. Sweet flavors, notes of caramel, dried plum. The good balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. It’s always a good time for a delicious coffee.
HOW YOU BREW: From espresso to pour over to cold brew. When your recipe has only two ingredients, every detail is important. The water should be 200 degrees Fahrenheit that would be 95 degrees Celsius which is a bit hotter, but okay. More or less, that is a place you want to be with your coffee brewing temperature.
