DARK ROASTED: Our 100% Hawaiian-grown coffee beans are dark roasted for rich flavor and low acidity for both drip coffee and cold brew that is smooth, easy to drink, and well balanced. We roast our coffees in small batches for clean, distinctive flavor profiles.
