MOKA PEABERRYcomes to us from the sutainable Dutra Farms. Only a very small percentage of coffee beans are peaberries – single round seeds which have not split into two halves. These high-flavor seeds are hand picked and set aside from the rest, then packaged as a separate lot at the farm. Our honey process beans resulting in a very nice range caramel and nuts flavors, very sweet with nice body and aftertaste.
