20 Individually Wrapped Sachets. The biodegradable pyramid sachets are made from safe plant based materials and are a sanitary option developed for food services.

Steep 2-4 minutes, remove bag. As mugwort tea is very bitter, you can optionally add honey or stevia to sweeten.

Do not exceed recommended dosage of 3 cups of tea per day. Not to be taken longer than 3-4 weeks at a time. Not for use in pregnancy or lactation.
