MILKY OOLONG TEA: Our Milk Oolong tea is a Tie Guan Yin oolong tea from the Anhui region of China. Milk oolong is known for its creamy and buttery taste without any additional flavoring or ingredients, allowing the careful harvesting and production to let the taste of the leaf shine.
SINGLE ORIGIN & SMALL BATCH: Oolong production differs from the usual tea production, as the tea is only half-fermented from the outside in. Our Milk Oolong is a green oolong – half fermented and dried for a short amount of time only, with many similarities to the famous High Mountain tea.
PREPARATION OF THE TEA: To prepare our Milk Oolong, use 1.5 teaspoons of oolong loose leaf tea for every 8 ounces of water. The recommended water temperature to brew the tea is between 185-195 degrees Fahrenheit, with a recommended steep time of 3-4 minutes.
