Colour, Aroma, Taste: Bai Mu Dan pluck the delicate light green leaves are whole with perfect fluffy bud. Once brewed the liquor is of the palest apple green almost white, the aroma is that of soft peony mown hay and on the palate, it is slightly sweet with a well-rounded balance of gooseberry honey.

Steep the Perfect Cup of Bai Mu Dan Tea: Place tea leaves in a cup, tea infuser or strainer and pour hot water over the leaves. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Best enjoyed plain without adding milk or sugar.
