COCKTAILS – Lavender French 75 – 2 oz gin, 1 oz pH Lavender syrup, 1 oz fresh lemon juice. Instructions – Shake with ice and strain into champagne flute float with champagne and Garnish with thick lemon twist ”
MOCKTAILS – The Hummingbird – 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 ounce pH Lavender syrup. Soda water and Lemon slice for garnishing. Instructions: Combine lemon juice and lavender syrup and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slice. ”
SNO CONE or a HAWAIIAN SHAVED ICE – Beat the Heat. Pour our syrup over some crushed ice for a great summer treat. Pour our syrup into an ice cube trey and create another culinary treat.
