RAW LAN GUI REN: Lan Gui Ren, which translates to ”Lady Orchid”, originates from the southwestern province of Yunnan, China. This tea is produced by tightly compressing the ground tea leaves with powdered American Ginseng and Liquorice Grass into the shape of tiny tablets. The infusion yields an amber colored beverage with a mesmerizing sweet ginseng aroma. The rich taste and its sweet aftertaste make this a very desirable scented tea.
LAN GUI REN OOLONG TEA: This ginseng oolong is made of traditional oolong tea with American ginseng, a type of Panax that promotes blood circulation and helps with the immune system. This tea has both the aroma of oolong and the strong, sweet taste of fresh ginseng. During manufacturing, the ginseng is mixed with the tea during the roasting process, after 4-6 hours under temperatures of around 200, the ginseng fragrance is fully combined with the tea’s natural aroma.
LAN GUI REN KEY BENEFITS: Oolong tea is cooling in nature and drains dampness. It builds Yin, which helps to tonify Qi and Jing. Tea wakes us up when we need to awaken, and it helps us relax when we need to calm down. Tea is the tonic that restores the vitality that coffee has mortgaged against. The additions of American Ginseng and Licorice Root in our Lan Gui Ren only adds to the restorative effects of tea. The tea may be steeped multiple 5-6 times, as desired.
HOW TO USE & STORE: As a dietary supplement, we recommended serving size is 4 grams, taken daily or as directed, preferably on an empty stomach. At , we like to take 4 grams of tea, steep with 10-12 ounces of hot water (170F to 180F) for 3 – 5 minutes. This tea can be steeped between 5 and 6 times. A cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
