Brewing Information Use boiling water and brew for 3-5 minutes depending on taste. Serve with milk or brew lighter and drink without milk.
To give this tea its unmistakable flavour, the plucked leaves are withered over pine fires, pan-dried, rolled and placed in bamboo baskets, then smoked over smouldering pinewood fires. Deliciously smoky, it pairs wonderfully with strong cheeses, or a slice of chocolate cake.
