To thicken hot liquids first mix o Corn Starch with a little cold water until smooth, gradually stir into got liquid until blended. Stirring constantly, bring to boil; boil 1 minute.
When a gravy, sauce or soup calls for flour, use half as much corn starch to thicken.
o Corn Starch has twice the thickening power of flour.
