HIGH QUALITY COFFEE- These dark roast beans with a buttery sheen come to us from our friends at King Bean Coffee Roasters. They’re a fellow Charleston, SC company known for roasting beans that reflect Charleston’s cuisine standards: fresh, innovative, and delicious.
FRESHLY ROASTED- The Italians perfected the art of coffee roasting, so when upgrading our roasting system, we sought an Italian-made Petroncini roaster. Considered by some the masterworks of Italian engineering, Petroncinis are lauded for their exceptional temperature stability throughout the roasting drum.
