Gurley’s Almond Bark is a staple in confection cooking. It makes great tasting covered pretzels, peanut butter stacks and more.

Heat and Serve – Stovetop: Melt over very low heat in a 2-quart saucepan, stirring frequently until smooth. Microwave: place in microwave safe bowl. Melt on full power for one minute. stir. Return for 15 second intervals stirring each time.
