15 Dried Canadian Morel Mushrooms – Small Size

Soak in warm water 10 – 15 minutes to re-hydrate. Give these morels a quick rinse under running water, squeeze out all water, and they are ready to use in any recipe. Do not use the soaking liquid. Morels must be thoroughly cooked before eating.

15 SMALL morels per bag. These are NOT the bigger morels. They are SMALL. Each dried morel is cap only, stem trimmed. There may be other mini morels in the bag in addition to the 15 morels. Some bags may contain more than 18 morels.

SMALL is the key word for these morels. Cap size is around 2cm, they are not big. Perfect for dishes requiring smaller mushrooms.
