Take a sip and set out on an exotic journey with us, to the south of Yunnan, China, where we grow and make this tea.
Rivers here are mighty. They rush on and on, from west to east, all day and every day. Over thousands of years and for thousands of miles, they twist and turn, and narrate the times past and the journey along.
Mountains here are deep. They are covered with greenery, and the peaks enveloped in clouds. As the saying goes, “the best tea comes from cloud-capped mountains,” such an environment allows the tea plants to accumulate more constituents and have a rich and well-balanced taste.
Tea plants over the mountains are just leafing out. The first buds, herald of spring, brings with them the growers’ hope for a good harvest. In autumn, the year’s last reaping season, the leaves whisper and wish the growers a good winter rest.
