BREWING/ Steeping Instructions: Hot: Use 2.5 g of Than Kun Earl Grey Tea, add 200-230 ml of water, with 90 degree Celsius. Leave it for 4 minutes. This is adjustable according to your preference. Iced Tea: Use 18 g of Earl Grey Tea, add 1,000 ml of water with 90 degree Celsius and leave it for 4 minutes. Cold Brew: Use 8g of Earl Grey Tea, add 1,000 ml of water and leave it in the fridge for 3.30-4 hours.
