HIGH QUALITY COFFEE- These dark roast beans with a buttery sheen come to us from our friends at King Bean Coffee Roasters. They’re a fellow Charleston, SC company known for roasting beans that reflect Charleston’s cuisine standards: fresh, innovative, and delicious.
FRESHLY ROASTED- The Italians perfected the art of coffee roasting, so when upgrading our roasting system, we sought an Italian-made Petroncini roaster. Considered by some the masterworks of Italian engineering, Petroncinis are lauded for their exceptional temperature stability throughout the roasting drum.
COFFEE MISSION – Founded on the simple idea of bringing good coffee to the South.
HONORING THE TRADITION – We are a handmade biscuit company with a small family of bakers, keeping the tradition of southern biscuit making alive, baking hot little biscuits for your table as well as our own. At Callie’s we are honoring the tradition of one of the south’s oldest art forms and forging new traditions for those we serve.
