HALF CAFF GROUND COFFEE: This Half Caff blend delivers all the comfort of your favorite cup of coffee with only half the caffeine. We pair our beloved decaf ‘Nightcap’ offering in a 50/50 blend with a fully caffeinated coffee from Brazil. Resulting profile is sweet and medium bodied, with notes of walnut, stick toffee pudding, and vanilla bean.

COFFEE ORIGIN & DECAFFEINATION PROCESS: The decaffeinated component of this coffee is grown by members of the El Paraiso Growers’ Association in Huila, Colombia, and decaffeinated at Descafecol, an ethyl acetate plant in Colombia. Ethyl acetate is a naturally-occurring compound found in fruits and vegetables—even in coffee itself!—and can be used in combination with steam and water to remove caffeine. The caffeinated portion of this blend comes from Minas Gerais, Brazil.
