SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR ENEMAS – Our enema coffee is a light roast and medium ground (as recommended by The Gerson Institute) maximising the caffeine and palmitic acid content thus providing an optimal coffee solution for coffee enemas.
MEDIUM GROUND – The Gerson Institute recommends using “medium ground” coffee when conducting coffee enemas. Medium ground coffee is also easier to filter and strain (compared to finely ground coffee) so you have only coffee ”solution” entering your enema kit with minimal coffee grounds
SPECIALITY GRADE COFFEE BEANS – Our enema coffee is made from “Specialty Grade” coffee beans, which is coffee sourced from the top 2% of all Arabica coffee producers worldwide. Its not just enema coffee, its some of the best coffee available and very nice to drink!
